Torso Torque Measurement Device

The torso torque measurement device is used for measuring the torso torque of dummies used in automotive seat belt tests, and meets the requirements of the latest standard QC/T1187-2023 "Dummies used in automotive seat belt tests" for torso torque measurement. The device is equipped with key components such as torque sensors, angle sensors, motors, frequency converters, electromagnetic clutches, etc., which can achieve forward and reverse torsion of the torso, and can test and obtain the relatio

Main Features 

1. The touch screen controls the start stop twisting of the device and can adjust the twisting speed. After the test, the touch screen can directly display the test results, making it easy to know whether the performance of the test object meets the standard in a timely manner. The device is easy to operate and use.

2. Install an electric lifting mechanism with a movable handle control to reduce the labor intensity of installing the dummy's torso.

3. The upper part of the torso is clamped with a specially designed fixture, and the rear panel of the fixture is hinged to the left panel for easy disassembly and assembly of the torso.

4. Add storage drawers at the bottom of the rack to facilitate the storage of disassembly tools and spare parts.

5. Install four heavy-duty casters with brakes and adjustable support feet at the bottom of the machine to facilitate equipment movement and horizontal adjustment.
